The Street Maintenance Division provides preventative maintenance services for the city including street and sidewalk repair and graffiti removal, including pavement repairs (minor), sidewalk repairs and pot hole patching.
The ordinance shall order and direct that the construction of the streets and sidewalks shall be made by the owners of the abutting property and also that, in the event of the failure of the abutting property owners to construct such streets and sidewalks, the city shall do the work and the expense shall be charged to the abutting property owners.
