Driveways, detached driveways and driveway aprons are not maintained by Operations. Maintenance of these concrete areas is the responsibility of property owners. The sidewalk, curb and gutter are maintained by the City. Repairs to these concrete areas will be done in accordance with this Manual. ... For damaged concrete in the public right of way, property owners may choose to have concrete repairs performed by either the city or to privately contract the work at their personal expense.
