**Boundary:** Tucson Water maintains the service line from the water main to the meter; the property owner is responsible for the water service line from the meter to the house, per tucsonaz.gov.

**Exceptions:** The City offers a voluntary, paid water and sewer line warranty program to homeowners inside the city limits (Service Line Warranty page); it is optional repair protection, not a City repair program.
