**Boundary:** Every owner of a lot within the city must keep and maintain good and sufficient sidewalks adjoining the property (Toledo Municipal Code §§ 911.02 and 911.34), kept in repair and free of nuisance including snow and ice. If the owner does not act, the City can order construction/reconstruction and recover the cost via assessment.
